Fees for services are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt and are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Ad spend, software subscriptions, and third-party platform fees are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in your agreement.

While Northern Crest Marketing uses industry-leading strategies and best practices to generate leads and grow your business, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to lead volume, revenue, search rankings, or return on ad spend. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, season, and your team's ability to close and fulfill jobs.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Northern Crest Marketing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Upon full payment of all fees, campaign creative, ad copy, and assets produced specifically for your campaigns may be transferred to your ownership as outlined in your service agreement.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook), and CRM or automation tools. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms, and for maintaining valid accounts in good standing. Northern Crest Marketing is not responsible for account suspensions, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period defined in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective date. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately for any violation of these Terms.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Crest Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
